icon to generate theme CSS code.
If no CSS code appears, click the 
icon, set some styles and try again.
When CSS code appears, copy and paste to...
skin/ability/custom/css/themes/custom.css
Then in the Ability Template settings, set the theme to 'Custom' and disable the theme designer.
